Beginner Sailing Experience in Alexandria, VA
An introductory, hands-on experience designed to give beginners a taste of what sailing is like!
We’ll cover the basic principles of sailing in a fun, relaxed environment. Participants learn about boat safety, basic terminology, how to steer and trim sails, and get the chance to take the helm under the guidance of a qualified instructor.

We recommend sunscreen, a wide brim hat with a lanyard or tether, polarized sunglasses with lanyard, water, and snacks.
